Content Requirements

• The Content: Ideally below 1024kb and PDF format  
• White logo with transparent background (JPEG or PNG preferable) 
• Color logo with transparent background (JPEG or PNG preferable) 
• Short company description (115 characters including spaces) 
• Long company description (520 characters including spaces)

Technical Guidance

Hosted content is content that is provided to UNLEASH by a third party for visibility and promotion on the UNLEASH site and to our audience. This content is created by our partner and will go through an UNLEASH editorial review to ensure that it meets our standards.  

Content may not be overtly promotional or advertorial. We do not publish company-specific news, press releases, or content reading similarly to a press release. Contributors are welcome to include a relevant CTA at the end of their content. This may be either image- or text-based (1-2 sentences).  

You will need to share your content in PDF format at the time outlined (or before) by the UNLEASH Customer Success team through your pre-agreed campaign timelines and deadlines. 

The UNLEASH Content Labs Team will create a landing page for the piece to sit alongside the lead generation form. You are welcome to supply suggested text for this, or we can create the copy if you don’t have any preferences or suggestions. 

How will the reader know the content is yours?

UNLEASH will label the Content as “Hosted Content” and “Hosted for [insert your company name/logo]”  

NB. UNLEASH reserves the right to change the wording of the paid-content labeling format at any time.   

Stylistic Guidance

Please keep any directly product-related information to a maximum of two pages.  

Data is king! Using data and statistics to support your work is always recommended, whether off the back of your own surveys or third-party research pieces  

Content MUST be designed to a high standard to fit with all other UNLEASH content.   

Content should be informative and ideally address one of our key audience pillars:

• Wellbeing
• Rewards and Benefits

No more than 3 links should point back to any domain. While lots of internal links make sense on your site, on ours, they can come across as being spammy.
