Top tips for a successful webinar

The Content 

Your content must be editorially compelling - our most successful webinars focus on a specific pain point or challenge within the HR industry, providing insights into how this can be resolved.  

A webinar is not an opportunity to demo your products or services. Instead, present highlights of how you/your client(s) overcame challenges and what mistakes you could have avoided with hindsight. This is what attendees can learn from most.  

Content should be fresh and not a repeated presentation.

Think about how you can bring your presentation to life with relevant imagery or graphics. Leveraging these assets helps bring your discussion to life and boost engagement - but make sure you use relevant materials to avoid distracting the audience.  

All references to research, quotes and third-party images must be properly cited in visible font size on the slides. 

The Speakers

If following a panel format, we require at least 1 with a preference of 2 practitioner panelists. If this is not achieved, UNLEASH has the right to push back the date of the webinar.

If you have a speaker from your own organization, they must not have a sales-related job title.

If the speaker(s) do not meet the minimum UNLEASH requirements, no KPIs are guaranteed.

Using Your Time

Don’t waste time introducing people, or companies in-depth, or by panelists/speakers introducing themselves at length. We can include their job title and bio in all relevant, associated content.  

Deliver a clear and concise message with key discussion points and takeaways. Share candid insights and provide actionable advice. This will position you as a thought leader in the space, helping you reap the benefits of your investment.  

Leveraging UNLEASH's Content Labs

If using a supporting presentation, UNLEASH’s Content Labs team must have sight of this and give approval at least one week before the live webinar date.
