Please include your PPTX slide deck, along with any other materials you will use for your presentation (e.g. video and audio files, as streaming is not allowed, and A/V must be informed of audio requirements in advance). Please notify us if you will not be using any or would like to use a different format. Also, please make sure to bring your final file(s) with you on a USB to the venue to check in the Speaker’s Lounge ahead of your presentation.
When preparing for your speaking engagement, please note that:
- All files must be PPTX format, unless otherwise specified (I.e. on Product Announcement stages).
- We do not have a standardized presentation template requirement.
- There will be a lectern at the front of the room (for Breakout and Product Announcement Stages) and all presentations will run from the technician’s booth. (Picture of stage set up?)
- It is not possible to use your own device, except at the Product Announcement Stages.
Important note: all presentations will be shared on Bizzabo and available for download for 6 weeks following the event, unless you specify otherwise. We are happy to not share your document or host amended documents, upon request.
Please check the exact time and location of your presentation on our online agenda.
If you would like to provide supplementary documents for your presentation, please send them to use with your PPTX so we can include them in our app.
