What is an in-person roundtable session?

UNLEASH’s in-person Roundtables are an opportunity designed to enable you to explore where HR leaders are focused now, key challenges and prioritization for the rest of the year, and what matters most to them when looking further ahead – all whilst sitting at the very same table. From these outpourings, you’ll have a unique opportunity to delve into these experiences, and align your core targets with your own business solutions. 

What to expect:  

You’ll have the capacity to host 10-15 HR leaders from some of the world’s leading organizations in an engaging and informative setting, at your very own orchestrated roundtable.  

Taking place onsite at UNLEASH America, these sessions will draw from the same audience that UNLEASH prides itself on rallying for our in-person conferences.  

UNLEASH’s team will work using a white-glove service to acquire pre-event sign-ups ahead of the roundtable, to ensure we have the commitment from a great number of attendees, delivering the best outcome for you. We’ll also have the opportunity for people to sign-up on the day, allowing additional conference delegates to register if pre-event sign-ups have not met capacity. 

The session will be 50-minutes long and take place in the designated roundtable room, alongside other sponsored roundtable sessions and as normal conference content resumes. 

You and your team will have the ability to truly shape the direction of conversation, with the power to choose the session title, synopsis and moderator (pending UNLEASH review and approval).  

For the attendees:  

They’ll be joined by peers in industry, allowing them an opportunity to discuss their personal experiences of challenges and wins, providing them the ability to benchmark and reconsider current strategies and tech.  

The conversation will be under Chatham House Rules to enable genuine perceptions and challenges to come to the fore, in a safe environment. 

Technicalities:  

These sessions will not be provided with any AV assistance, just the basic table and chairs will be provided by UNLEASH along with signage.  

It is up to your discretion if you would like to provide handouts or additional incentives for attendees, but if you would like to, please discuss with your UNLEASH PoC so that we can look to include this information in our invitations. Any food or beverage add-on conversations need to be had as soon as possible if this is something you wish to explore – again, please reach out to your UNLEASH PoC.
