For our Roundtables, we use Zoom given the relatively low entry barrier for all speakers and delegates, ensuring ease of joining the discussion.
We have a prep call a week before the Roundtable where you will liaise with the UNLEASH moderator and finalize any talking points.
You will receive a calendar placeholder with the Zoom link to join at least a week out from the live session.
On the day, you should aim to join 15 minutes before the official session start time. The UNLEASH Service Delivery Manager will be there to let you into the Roundtable and to run through any technical issues or requests, should you have any.
The Service Delivery Manager will ensure all delegates are let into the Roundtable and our Delegate Acquisition team will send reminders to any members who have not joined after the start time.

After the hour session ends, you will receive the lead sheet in a password-protected Excel sheet, via email.
